Vice-President of Philanthropy
Summary: The Vice-President of Philanthropy (VPPP) will oversee fundraising and donor communications for Valerie’s House. The VPP will develop relationships for major gifts (greater than $10,000), and lead the efforts for a new Valerie’s House facility in Collier County. This position manages the donor relationship through the donor cycle, which involves identifying, researching, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individuals, businesses, and organizations.
The VPP must have a passion and an understanding of the impact of bereavement on children, teenagers and adults and be able to communicate that passion to persons he/she comes across.

Collier County Director
Summary: The Collier County Director (CCD) is a leadership position and public representative of Valerie’s House in Collier County, responsible for assisting with the overall fundraising, outreach, and management of the programs for children and families of Valerie’s House (VH) in Collier County.

Chief of Staff
Summary: The Chief of Staff is the right hand to the CEO, assisting with everything from working with donors, communications (both external and internal), helping with business strategy and budgets, and overseeing staff development and expectations. The number one expectation of the Chief of Staff is to lift responsibility from the CEO, in order to allow the CEO to get out of the inner workings of running the business, and instead focus her time on growing the reach of the organization. The Chief of Staff should have a passion and an understanding of the impact of bereavement on children, teenagers and adults and be able to communicate that passion to others.

Charlotte County Program Coordinator
Summary: This position would initially be part-time; however, could grow into full-time. The person in this role works closely with the Charlotte County Team to organize grief support groups, assist with enrollments, facilitate school peer to peer groups, and provide ongoing support for families to ensure the seamless execution of peer support services in Charlotte County. Must be available to work some evenings.
